The client requested a bladder that was already distended approximately 400cc so it could be used for training without the need for water. The urethral opening needed to accommodate a 5mm camera with ease of entry. In addition, there needed to be patent ureteral openings, bladder trigone, dome, and a polyp located near the bladder neck, but on the anterior wall. Each landmark needed to be labeled with visible numbers. These features would allow the company to highlight their flexible disposable scope.
